The following parameters will be used for Entrance Fees
IF PAYMENT IS RECEIVED BEFORE August 1, 2012

f you attended Windsor AND pay before August 1st: $50 entrance fee*
If you did not attend Windsor and before by August 1st: $60 entrance fee*
IF PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AFTER August 1, 2012
Entrance fee AFTER August 1st or at the door: $70 entrance fee*
* Please note:
The above entrance fee amounts are based on players staying at the Holiday Inn Hotel. We need to reach a 40 night room quota to be able to have a banquet room to play cards in, at no charge. So obviously we need players to stay at the Holiday Inn.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO STAY AT ANOTHER HOTEL AND INTEND ON PLAYING IN THE TOURNAMENT, ENTRANCE FEE WILL BE $125 PER PERSON!

This covers all charges.

 

We do NOT issue refunds so plan accordingly!!!
